When you are considering selling your home and moving on to something else, you want to be sure that you are working with a professional who has your best interests at heart. We had a detailed conversation in which I let them know that they could list their property with me, and I would work as their realtor. Since my service also includes buying houses, I also let them know that I could purchase their home outright.

The couple decided that they didn’t want the hassle of listing their home, having multiple buyers tour it, and sorting through offers, so they ultimately decided to sell it to me.

As I chatted with them after the transaction was complete, I asked them how the process made them feel. Fonda let me know that “We didn’t feel any pressure to sell our home to you. You let us know what our options were, and you were there to answer all of our questions with no pressure.”

This is one of the best compliments that I can receive because I want each of my clients to know that my focus is on what’s best for them. Our transaction was completed quickly and accurately, and they were very happy with the selling price that we agreed on. They got the price they wanted without having to deal with any of the hassles of listing and selling!
