Representing Central Florida homeowners, Robert B. Sanders is committed to listening to his clients’ needs striving to not only exceed their expectations, but also build long lasting relationships.   Originally from Bartow, Florida, Robert moved to Lakeland in 1984 to earn a graduate degree in radiology.  Working in the healthcare industry allowed Robert to nurture his desire to help others.  In 2008, while still employed as a radiologist, he started purchasing rental properties, and wholesaling them as a side interest and gained knowledge as a transaction engineer. He became quite knowledgeable with several tools that assisted customers in their current situations whether it be assisting them with tax reductions, divorce, tired landlords, job relocations, probates, etc.  In 2012, Robert also became a landlord and managed several properties throughout the years.

This knowledge coupled with his caring nature and enthusiastic, can do attitude, has provided Robert with valuable knowledge in all aspects of the real estate process.  Since 2017, Robert has become an esteemed realtor, highly regarded by his clients, and professionals in the field.  His contacts and life-long residency in Central Florida leverage his expertise, and enhanced dedication to his clients, who usually end up becoming his close friends.  In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, volunteering in kid’s church activities and simply hanging out with his family.
